Public transportation is a very complex information system and that is why bus users have a lot to process when they are out on the street, generally in a stressful situation.
This project aimed at simplifying the decision-making process, with real time data displayed in a clear and elegant way and an easy to use interface for final users as well as bus drivers and system managers.
Tecmic is a portuguese company that provides a wide range of transportation solutions, including hardware and software for managing public transportation in various cities around the world.
Challenge: organizing information for a huge application – multiple dialogs and interaction states, hundreds of assets and the design process itself.
